    This puppy is warranted to be in good health, to the best of my knowledge at the time of sale. To validate this Replacement Guarantee, the Purchaser must have this puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within Three (3) Days of pick-up. If the veterinarian certifies in writing that this puppy is physically unsound, the puppy and written veterinarians statement as to why this puppy is unsound must be returned to me by the date of _____20___, at which time this puppy will be replaced if one of equal value, sex and color is available. If one is not available the puppy will be replaced as soon as one becomes available.
    Examination is at the expense of the Purchaser.

A VETERINARIAN FOR THIS EXAMINATION,
YOU WILL ACCEPT IMMEDIATE AND FULL RESPONSIBILTY FOR THIS PUPPY'S HEALTH.
     I will not accept for return or exchange for any reason including allergy, landlord, tenant, or other problems not related directly to the health of this puppy, and shall under no circumstances be obligated for any veterinary, return flight or other expenses incurred for any reason WHATSOEVER.
